Shipping
Free Shipping on Every Order
We offer free shipping on all orders to customers within the United States. No minimums, no fine print, no surprises at checkout. Unless otherwise noted on a product page, shipping is always free. Custom orders and certain freight shipments may be subject to additional shipping charges, which will be clearly communicated before your order is confirmed.
How Your Order Ships
Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Larger items ship via freight carrier. If your order ships freight, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery window that works for you. Someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will immediately verify that your item is in stock and available for shipment. If anything is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you to discuss your options.
Order Shipment
Once your order is confirmed and processed, we will get to work preparing it for shipment. Estimated lead times vary by product and will be noted on individual product pages. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us and we will follow up right away.
Damages
This is important. Please read carefully before your order arrives.
When your order is delivered, inspect everything before signing. Check the packaging for dents, tears, or any signs of damage. If you notice anything, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. If the damage appears significant, you have the right to refuse delivery.
Any damage must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery. After that window, we have no ability to file a claim with the carrier or supplier on your behalf, and we cannot be responsible for damages that are reported late. Please do not wait.
To report damage, take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within those 2 days via our contact page. We will cover the cost of shipping for any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise and make it right as quickly as possible.
Please hold on to all original packaging until you are certain you will be keeping your order. Returns require original packaging.
Returns
30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in resalable condition. This means the product must show no signs of use or wear, must include all original packaging, and must arrive back to us complete with all accessories and components. If an item cannot be returned to a supplier’s shelf and sold as new, it is not eligible for a refund.
Restocking Fees
Depending on the product and manufacturer, a restocking fee of 15% may apply to your return. If a restocking fee applies to your order, we will let you know before you proceed with the return.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return. This will be clearly noted on any applicable product pages.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be authorized before shipping. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions from there and do our best to make the process as smooth as possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund minus a 3% processing fee to cover non-recoverable credit card transaction costs. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30-day return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.
