What we make easy
Purchase orders. Send us your PO and we'll take it from there. Email it to info@epicelephant.com or tell us your process and we'll follow it.
Formal quotes, same day. Need a quote to get approval? Tell us the products and quantities and we'll send a formal PDF quote the same day, ready to hand to your purchasing office.
Tax exempt ordering. Send us your exemption certificate and we'll set your order up tax free.
Your paperwork, handled. W-9, vendor forms, sole source documentation, whatever your purchasing office or grant requires. Ask and we'll send it.
Grant funded purchases. Buying with grant money? We'll provide the quotes and documentation your funder needs.
How it works
- Tell us what you need. Call, email, or send the contact form. A product list, a budget number, or just "we're building a sensory room and don't know where to start" all work.
- Get your quote. We send a formal quote the same day with everything your approval process needs.
- Send your PO. Once you're approved, email us the purchase order.
- We ship it. Your equipment goes out and we stay reachable until it's installed and working.
